They seemed honest and were helpful and positive. They helped me make an informed decision on our repairs and didn't try to sell extra services even though the car could have used more work to make it look better (from a previous incident before we bought the car). They explained what it would cost to repair the previous cosmetic problem and offered to cut their hourly rate on that particular repair, then respected our choice not to make that repair, but gave us 90 days if we changed our mind. The work they did looks really good. I would work with them again.
